Tuesday, 1st of December 2026, 6.30pm - Christmas Craft Workshop at Canteena in Sale - Hoop Ornaments

Another year, another Christmas craft! For the sixth year, I’m bringing you an evening of making, food and drinks — and this time we’ll be creating some fun little decorations for the Christmas tree.

This year, we’ll be making mini Christmas ornaments in embroidery hoops, using fabric paints, beads, sequins, sparkles and plenty of other little festive details.

There’s no embroidery involved (unless you want to!)— you’ll get to play around with different colours, textures and decorations to create your own unique ornaments. You can add names, Christmas messages, patterns or simply lots of sparkle — there are plenty of possibilities!

We’ll be working with 3 and 4 inch embroidery hoops, and each person will have enough materials to make two ornaments (and, if we have enough time, maybe even a third!).

No previous crafting experience is needed. I’ll guide you through the different options and ideas, but the fun is in making them your own.

This craft session includes all the materials and supplies needed to make a couple of ornaments.
